With over 4000 Network Marketing Companies actively in existence,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], how does one go about navigating the human maze and choosing the right company? Well you can always just follow your family and friends that call you a couple of times a year, wanting you to join them in the company that the just discovered? Of course they are going to let you know just how great their MLM Company is, how it is different than the rest, and how they know someone that knows someone that has made a ton of money with the company so far. Or, you can do a little research and find the company that is right for you based on the 4 "P"s of Network Marketing. The most important of these is the partners. That is,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], who are the founders of the company? Does the person or group of people have any experience in operating a MLM Company? What is their reputation in the Network Marketing arena? What is their reputation as a whole, outside of any MLM Company? Is there any history of integrity and honesty in their previous business ventures? If the founders are in the business to ride the wave from one company or product to the next,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], then they will not have typically put a business plan together that looks after the personnel that made them their money, you the representative. Have they every walked in your shoes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the representative and made it work?
In today's world all these answers can be found pretty quickly with minimal research on the internet. When I was doing research on Network Marketing Companies a few years back, these questions were answered very quickly and without a doubt. One of the three founders was previously the top earning representative in a MLM that suddenly stopped paying its representatives. This person went from earning over 30K a month, to nothing. He decided not to take it lying down and in short,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], he took the company to court, won the case and was awarded the entire company. He understood the value of the reps, so he partnered with an investor and paid every single representative in the company the money they were owed. This was not part of the settlement, but he knew it was the right thing to do.
