Hi;I have started to get back to treadmill and stretching.? I am blogging or whatever this is to keep myselfaccountable..tried the diaries, tried the New Years resolutions..bah!? So now I figure If I actually have to account for my am workouts I will be more obliged to do so.This is going to be one tough haul..220 lbs totally out of shape and sick to death of it.? I am 62 soon to be63 which scares the living bejesus out of me because so many are having hip problems etc.? I am a caregiver to my dear Momma and yes, we have cats yilai:

Sweet baby dog..so patient and understanding...So OK my goals:? Just get my happy arse on the treadmill 6Am's a wk/ 1 day of rest is good.? Be mindful whenI eat.? I am currently doing 15min. with 5-6 warm-up then stretch shoes louis vuitton, then 15min. more with a few for cool downand then stretch..goal:? to get to a 15 min. mile by the Jan 5, burn 2-250 cals a session and by Feb have dropped15 lbs.? I would dearly love to crack that godawful 200 by then but I am trying to be realistic and succeed this time out.? Anyway that's what I have planned for the next couple of wks.?Wish me luck and if you are coming along for the ride womens jordan heels 2010, I wish you luck too!PS? I am so totally new to this and don't plan on sitting at the computer too much other than to keep updated on progress. However I would love to hear if anyone else is truly determined and jazzed about the possibilities...BRING IT ON!!!Cat |
