| I started having dreams when I was 12 that I figured out the key to flying. When I woke up, I swear I could remember it... it was always just barely out of reach. There was an island I would wake up in, covered with a forest of tall christian louboutin black pumps, thin trees. That's where I would practice. One day some sweet old man was waiting on the beach, told me I had practiced enough and that it was time I do something with the skill. Mostly elemental themed powers. It's not Harry Potter either, it's a very scientific notion about how the body can interpret and play host to the energies around them. There are classes, and missions... I have bunk mates... some nights there's nothing going on and we watch local TV (which can be a trip) The place is so expansive that some mornings it can be really disorienting for me. I'm not delusional, certainly don't think that I should pack my bags for the mothership or anything. It's just that some times I wish life were more interesting.
