Marc Bulger is aging 32, Ovechkin has few weapons, and his stock has been spoiled due to injuries. The Rams' quarterback situation has been nothing but one train wreck for one few years now. Clausen has under-center experience and was as close to mistake-free last. Ovechkin was in one NFL offensive system as well last year.
