According to the planning, the revenue from <br />software service industry will have reached RMB 200 billion by 2012 and <br />RMB 400 billion by 2015, and the revenue from software outsourcing will <br />have touched RMB 12 billion by 2012 and RMB 30 billion by 2015. Software <br />practitioners are predicted to reach 250,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/software-outsourcing/sharepoint-development/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Sharepoint software development</a>,000 by 2012 and 500,000 by 2015. <br />The specific policies and measures include: 1. Rewards will be granted <br />to software service enterprises whose annual sales income exceeds RMB 50 <br />billion,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/software-outsourcing/sharepoint-development/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Sharepoint outsourcing</a>, RMB 10 billion and RMB 500 million for the first time. Subsidies on <br />business income tax, value added tax and new business tax retained for local <br />cities will be granted to software service enterprises whose annual software <br />business income reaches RMB 10 billion for the first time to support their <br />R&D activities. Management teams will be awarded respectively of software <br />enterprises whose annual software business income reaches RMB 1 billion, <br />RMB 500 million and RMB 100 million for the first time as well as those <br />that rank among the top 100 companies in annual software business income <br />nationwide and top 10 companies in annual software business income in <br />the province. According to the registered capital that has been actualized,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/software-outsourcing/php-outsourcing/" target="_blank" class="postlink">PHP outsourcing</a>, <br />three-year housing rent subsidy of up to RMB 2 million will be granted <br />to software companies that rank among the top 500 worldwide or the top <br />100 in China and independent companies of domestic and foreign listed <br />software companies that are the first to be established in Nanjing to engage in <br />software service business normally for over one year. In addition, the bases <br />and parks where these enterprises are located will be granted the award of <br />RMB 100,000 to RMB 200,000. Top priority will be given to ensure land and <br />industrial housing for key projects of the software service industry; software <br />service enterprises are encouraged to attract venture capital institutions <br />(VC)/private equity institutions (PE) to participate in strategic investment. <br />Moreover, software service enterprises are encouraged to get listed for <br />financing; software R&D personnel and university students are encouraged to <br />start their own business. 2. Enterprises are encouraged to pass domestic and <br />international qualification certifications. Newly certified software enterprises <br />will be granted RMB 10,000; full-amount subsidy on registration fee <br />(including testing fee) will be granted to newly registered software products. <br />The enterprises passing CMMI Level 4 and Level 5 will be granted RMB <br />200,000 and RMB 300,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/software-outsourcing/java-outscourcing/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Java outscourcing</a>,000 apart from the award granted by the province. <br />3. The establishment of software outsourcing centers is encouraged to support software export. Vigorous support will be granted to the export <br />of the software products with proprietary intellectual property rights and <br />offshore software outsourcing. Every one dollar increase in export value <br />of this year compared with the export value of last year will be awarded with <br />RMB 0.1 based on export contracts and foreign exchange slips issued by <br />banks. 4. Measures of talent motivating include attracting hi-end talents,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/software-outsourcing/flash-web-development/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Flash web development</a>, <br />implementing enterpriser cultivation & growth plan, establishing the <br />cultivation plan of young enterprisers in the software service industry, <br />cultivating management and operation talents in software enterprise of <br />less than 35 years’ old and subsidizing them in product R&D, business <br />expansion, commercialization of scientific achievements and training <br />with up to RMB 500,000 per person. Figures who have made special <br />contribution to Nanjing’s software service industry in the previous two <br />years will be selected, commended and awarded, with the honor of “Leader <br />of Nanjing’s Software Service Industry” and the award of no less than <br />RMB 100,000 per person. In addition, preferential treatment will be <br />granted to the recognized software enterprises for cultivating technical <br />and managerial talents whose annual remuneration is above RMB <br />120,000, improving living conditions for software talents and attracting <br />university students to work in their companies.</span></td> </tr> </table></td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="2" height="1" class="spaceRow"><img src="http://picsrv.fora.pl/Avalanche/images/spacer.gif" alt="" width="1" height="1" /></td> </tr> </table>
