VanceInfo is the top China-based offshore software development services provider for European and North American markets, according to IDC. <br /> <br />Patsystems‘ offshore development centre will be used to support Patsystems‘ future growth plans, with particular regard to its rapid expansion in Asia. Initially, the centre will focus on the development of Asia Pacific exchange connectivity.
