The state's legal limit is .08 percent. <br />Police helped get the car's passengers home safely. <br />Montero, of 37 Briarwood Lane,marlboro cigarettes supplier, was charged with driving under the influence of liquor,wholesale marlboro cigarettes, a marked lanes violation, child endangerment while OUI,cheap cigarettes online, two counts of having a child between 5 and 12 years old in the car without a seat belt, and two counts of having a passenger under the age of 16 without a seat belt, police said. <br />Judge David Cunis ordered Montero released without bail at his arraignment in Marlborough District Court yesterday, court records said. He is due back in court Feb. 28. <br />When he's home, Johnson puts his business and certified public accountant skills to work as a consultant so he can make money to go back to the ship. <br />"I'm just doing what I'm supposed to be doing,wholesale newport cigarettes," he said. <br />His most recent trip took him to Togo and Durban, South Africa.
