Dear friend and fellow yelper Lydia C. suggested we meet here for brunch. The place is snazzy for sure, and I love the chi chi ambiance! Clean lines, high ceilings, white and more white greets you as you enter the restaurant. The brunch/lunch menu is extensive. The adults got breakfast/brunch items, and my son got the margherita pizza. The food is good, the presentation better - we ordered basic eggs,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], sausage, mushroom stuff. My son really enjoyed his pizza and ate the whole thing. The portobello fries are a definite highlight - so delicious,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]!
Of course, we had to stop by the bakery and pick up some macarons. At $1.75 apiece, I kept my purchase to 3 - the chocolate, vanilla and earl grey. The shattering of the outside shell, the smoosh of the inside shell, the flavored filling of each macaron... perfection,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]! Although I haven't really had a macaron I didn't like...
