A homeless man from Framingham was ordered held on $20,000 cash bail following his arraignment in Marlborough District Court yesterday on charges stemming from a car accident and police chase Sunday night.
Scott MacDonald, 43,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], pleaded not guilty to 11 charges, including trying to run down a police officer.
Police answered a call about of a hit-and-run at Washington and Bolton streets in Marlborough at 9:46 p.m., according to court records. They blocked the intersection and motioned for the driver, later identified as MacDonald, to pull over, authorities said.
The man drove around the police car and headed south toward Southborough, police said.
