Air France-KLM bolstered cargo traffic by 2.6 percent with revenue expanded by 39.9 percent to 1.56 billion euros (2.12 billion U.S. dollar). Passengers totaled up to 105,739, slightly down from recorded 106,608 last year but soaring tariffs meant the segment' s revenue jumped by 13.6 percent to 9.49 billion euros (12.94 billion U.S.dollars).
The Paris-based Europe's leading airline targets an operating income exceeding 300 million euros (409.23 million U.S. dollars) over 2010-11 financial year on recorded positive results and recovery in air traffic.
